Some of us rave about our favorite products. Have we ever thought about letting the manufacturer know? Sometimes, sending an email or egreeting is not quite enough to voice our sentiments. Sending a lovely thank you note is a wonderful thing to do, especially when the company has done something for you. There are a lot of lonely customer service representatives out there who appreciate the infrequent thank-you note. Being a customer sevice representative is usually a thankless job. Sending out the thank you notes improves morale.
